Vaccination is important for children to keep healthy and well, and a range of vaccinations are given throughout childhood. The MMR vaccine protects against measles, mumps and rubella. Measles has been found in children in the Cardiff area in the last few weeks, and it can cause serious illness, and the best way to prevent further spread is ensuring children are vaccinated. The vaccine is quick, safe and effective. How to access the Personalised Assessments

1. Login to your child’s Hwb account using the details given.

2. Click on ‘Personalised Assessments’.

3. Click on ‘Learner feedback’.

4. You should see a list of assessments that you’re able to click on to access feedback.
