Our Summer term topic is about forces and energy.
During this term, we will be doing plenty of investigating.
As part of our topic, we will also be appreciating music, as well as composing some of our own.
Our PE day is Monday. Children are to wear their school P.E kit. There is information about this on our letters page.
We will continue looking at the importance of our class rules as we work together as ambitious and capable learners. We will be thinking about our RATE values to help with this.

Just One Tree
We enjoyed collecting a range of leaves from our school grounds to inspire our product design for next half term.
Back in class we began our product designs inspired by what we had found.
We enjoyed our visit from Dogs Trust learning about how we can approach dogs safely.
This week we completed our diary entries. This half term we have been taking on the role of Vincent Van Gogh to help us explore emotions and different way we communicate them. Together we created a diary entry from the story ‘Camille and the Sunflowers’. We used pictures and actions to help us memorise this before making it our own in our literacy lessons.
